I've received my tops today and i must agree with everyone who commented above me that the actual items received are the same as the one in the photos (in your website) and i also think that the price here is very reasonable for an online boutique.
Also, i must point out that you are very helpful and patient with all the Q&A for my purchasing process to ensure that I get what I want and clarify them without hesitation.

I've received the bianca cloth today. But very dissapointed, it's like an old cloth, & not a new cloth (2nd hand cloth). Further no brand & label & the cloth near the stiches part is a bit tear off.

Firstly, I can assure you that all our items are brand NEW and they're NOT 2nd hand items. I have no idea why you view it as an old cloth but maybe its due to the color of the item or some slight crimps ? I'm sorry that you're disappointed with it.
Secondly, DailyBoutique.com is not a brand by itself. We act like a merchandiser and pick our own styles from all over, hence we are not like Esprit, Forever21, TopShop, etc. that have our brand/label on our item. And so happen the item you bought does not have a brand/label on it.
Lastly, we do INSPECT all our items before we ship it out. So I'm not sure how big is the problem for the stitching, could it be only due to some lose threads?
Anyhow, we do appreciate your feedbacks and we hope to improve to serve you better next time.

Hi, I received my parcel ;) The dress is really lovely but when looking at it closer, the workmanship is quite bad. Well, for something at this price, I have nothing much to complain :p The quality of the materials is good(too bad, the workmanship, sigh) and no doubt, this dress fits me very nicely ;) Besides, I thought the blog owner/s is polite and the service here does certainly worth a good mention. i did purchase 2 clothes here, i have to say, it is really disappointed me. bad sewing, bad quality and bad cutting.
and as like the other buyer (Man) said, it's like old cloth and been wore before. No brand & label. i did purchase with other online boutique, even they are not Esprit, Forever21, TopShop, etc, they still have the brand name.

Again we would like to re-address this issue again that all our items are 100% brand new and not worn by us before. And we're not sure why it feels like an old cloth to you, could it be the design, usage of materials and cutting of the item was meant that way?
Branding and labeling is something out of our control. Some has it some doesn't. We handpicked our items from other countries and we totally have no controls over it. Furthermore, we do not have the labor resource to print and stitch the brand/label over it. FYI, many of the expensive/branded boutiques DO source their clothes from else where and re-print/stitch their brand/label over it, hence charging you (the customers) 200-300% more.
Also, quality is really subjective. Some might think it is good, some might not. Plus we have to compromise with the price, 80-90% of our items are mainly priced less than RM 40, so it is unfair to compare the quality with other boutiques that sell you for a higher price.
Well, we are trying to improve as we go and taking all the responses positively and seriously.
the clothes i purchased with you come with obvious uneven cutting, you wore it to take photo, weren't you discover it? is it true that you done inspection for all the clothes before ship it?
furthermore, i can't accepted your explanation that unfair to compare quality with other boutiques due to your price lower than them. for your info, their price also not that high as you mentioned but with good quality.

That's the thing, if there is such an obvious uneven cutting, I would have definitely noticed it during the photo session. Plus I would definitely inform you about it.
Yes it is true we do inspect all our clothes before shipping it out. We inspect for tears, stains, loose buttons, etc. etc. and repair it at our own expense. If it is beyond repairable, we do inform our customers about it. And like any other human, we do sometimes do mistakes and might have missed it, so to make it up to our unhappy customers, at times we do refund and accept back the damaged clothes. This can only be done if the customers inform us the moment they received the parcel (preferably less than a week) plus with picture to prove it.
You could have done the same thing and complain to us 1 and 1/2 MONTHS ago. We would have definitely refund your money back to you that time.
As I've said, quality is very subjective and we do have good quality low priced items. You can refer to the testimonials from the other customers.
Yes we respect you as a consumer and we're taking this very seriously to ensure all this will not happen again. To be frank, we do not really care about competitors, if we would think that way, we would have closed shop long ago. We don't really earn money for all our efforts and time, it is just the passion and fun doing it that kept us going ;)
