Q. Who is DailyBoutique.com?
DailyBoutique.com = Ann + Russel. It is more of a fashion hunting
hobby rather than doing business for us. It started since
June 2007 & up-to-date, we have sold more than 750 items online.
A big ‘THANK YOU’ to our customers & we will continue to hunt for trendy & affordable fashion for you.

Q. Where are the goodies from?
They are all specially handpicked by us from all over, from
Bangkok, HongKong, Guangzhou, Jakarta, Taiwan, Tokyo, Seoul -
basically every fashion cities in Asia. Therefore, each design comes
in limited pieces and colors. They are all so exclusive & you might
be the only first few that wears it. Lately, we also engage with localsuppliers so that the items are restock-able for a period of time.

Q. How often do we update?
At least 2-3 times in a week. Best is to check us out often & you
might want to subscribe to our mailing list (on your right).
It keeps you updated whenever we post up new goodies.

Q. How much are the shipping charges?
Normally, we will use Pos Laju. Otherwise, you may request for
Registered Postage or Pos Express.

Pos Laju
Peninsular Malaysia = RM 6 (first 500g), RM 2 (next 250g)
Sabah/Sarawak = RM 9 (first 500g) RM 3 (next 250g)

Registered Postage
Peninsular Malaysia = RM 4 (first 500g), RM 2 (next 250g)
Sabah/Sarawak = RM 6 (first 500g), RM 3 (next 250g)

Pos Express
RM 5 per envelope (limited to 1 item only)

International Postage

Q. What if I do not receive my parcel?
It usually takes about 2-3 working days to arrive depending on
the locations. You can track the parcel with the tracking code given
to you by calling up Pos Malaysia Customer Service Centre at
1300 300 300. Do notify us about it & we will try our best to assist you.

For Pos Laju & Registered postages, please ensure that the
shipping address has somebody to sign off the parcel. Otherwise,
they will deposit the parcel at your nearest post office & you will
have to collect it yourself.

Q. Can I do Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?
Yes, only if both parties agree to a meet-up spot & time. Common
areas for COD are usually around Cheras (Pandan Indah, Leisure
Mall & vicinity), Sri Petaling (Bukit Jalil, OUG & vicinity) & PJ (Sec17,
SS2, D'sara Perdana & vicinity). Pay us first to reserve for the item.

Q. I can't pay the exact amount via the cash deposit machine
For example, you suppose to pay us RM 36 but the bank's cash
deposit machine only accepts RM 10 notes. No worries! Pay
us RM 40 & let us know. We will put the remaining change
(RM 4) back into your parcel.

Q. Do you restock your goodies?
All of our stocks are handpicked by us whenever we traveled,
hence, they come in limited & exclusive quantity. Therefore, it is
almost impossible to restock the same item again. So grab 'em quick!

Q. How do I know if the clothes fit me?
Rule of thumb – do your due diligence, get a measuring tape &
measure yourself. We do provide all the measurements in details
& if you need more information, do contact us.

Q. How do I order & make payment?
Please click on the link above - "how to shop?".
Currently, we only accept payments to our Maybank, CIMB & Public Bank.

Meanwhile, for international shoppers only, you can pay us via PayPal.


Q. How does wholesale works?
In order to be eligible for wholesale price, you will need to pick at
least 10 items; any combinations of designs and quantities within the
current wholesale batch. Email us the 10 items and we will get back
to you with the wholesale price of each item.

Q. How do I enjoy additional 5% discount with Facebook?
All you need to do is to add us into your Facebook and tag yourself to
the item's picture that you wanted to buy. Then, fill up the order form
and let us know your Facebook account name for verification purposes.
This discount is only applicable for certain batch of items.
