Q. Who is DailyBoutique.com?
Started by Ann & Russel since June 2007, we treat this as a fashion hunting hobby rather than doing business for us. Up-to-date, we have sold over 1,890 items. Thank you supporting us & we'll continue to do what we do best!

Q. Where are the goodies from?
Mostly are specially handpicked from all over, from Bangkok, Hong Kong, China, Jakarta, Taiwan - basically every fashion cities in Asia. Therefore, each designs come in limited pieces & colors. They're all so exclusive & you might be the only first few that wears it. However, due to popular demands lately, we'll start to take up some new supplies from local suppliers.

Q. How often do we update?
At least 1-2 times in a week. Check us out often & you might want to subscribe to our mailing list or add us into your Facebook / Twitter. It keeps you updated whenever we post up new goodies.

Q. When do you update ?
We're trying to fix a specific update day, it'll be either every Monday or Tuesday morning.

Q. How much are the shipping charges?
We use PosLaju by default or PosDaftar if requested.

PosLaju
RM 6 for first 500g and RM 2 for subsequent 250g (Peninsular Malaysia only)
RM 9 for first 500g and RM 3 for subsequent 250g (Sabah / Sarawak)

PosDaftar
RM 4 for first 500g and RM 2 for next 1000g

For International Postage, do check the rates with us.

Q. When do I go to the post office?
Monday, Wednesday & Friday. If you want your parcel quick, do schedule your payment before these days.

Q. What if I do not receive my parcel?
Usually takes about 2-3 working days to arrive depending on
your locations. You can track your parcel with the tracking code given
to you or by calling up Pos Malaysia Customer Service Centre at
1300 300 300. Do notify us about it & we'll try our best to assist you.

For Pos Laju & Registered postages, please ensure that there'll be somebody to sign for the parcel. Otherwise, they'll deposit your parcel at your nearest post office & you'll have to collect it there.

Q. Can I do Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?
Yes, only if both parties agree to a meet-up spot & time.

Pay us first to reserve for the item completely & avoid out-of-stock issue.

Q. I can't pay the exact amount via the cash deposit machine
e.g you suppose to pay us RM 36 but the cash deposit machine only accepts RM 10 notes. No worries! Pay us RM 40 & we'll put the remaining change back into your parcel.

Q. Do you restock your goodies?
Most of our stocks are handpicked by us whenever we traveled,
hence, they come in limited quantity. Therefore, it is almost impossible to restock the same item again. So grab 'em quick! Only selected items that we take in locally are restock-able.

Q. How do I know if the clothes fit me
Rule of thumb – do your due diligence, get a measuring tape &
measure yourself. We do provide all the measurements in details
& if you need more information, do contact us.

Q. How do I order & make payment?
Please click on the link above - "how to shop?". Currently, we only accept payments to our Maybank, CIMB & Public Bank.


Meanwhile, for international shoppers only, you can pay us via PayPal.


Q. How does wholesale works?
To eligible for wholesale price, you'll need to pick at least 10 items any combinations of designs & quantities. Email us the 10 items & we'll get back to you asap. If you live within Klang Valley/KL, we can always arrange for a free COD session after you made a deposit.

Q. What is your wholesale rate?
At least 15% - 20% discount off the published price depending on the item.

Q. How do I enjoy additional 5% discount with Facebook?
1. Add our page into your Facebook.
2. Tag yourself to the item's picture that you wanted to buy.
3. Fill up the order form & inform us of your Facebook name.

Q. What does (restockable) means?
Don't get confused with pre-order. It means we have the stocks in hand & if it runs out, we can still get it re-stock fast within a week or less (provided the supplier still has stocks).

Q. What do available, selling fast, sold and reserved stand for?
available means they're available and still in stock (both the supplier and us).
selling fast means they're still available but limited in stock.
sold means they're totally sold out and no longer re-stockable.
reserved means they're reserved for pending payment from our buyer, you still can request for it, never know, the buyer might back out last minute.
